Learning for Aspinal Residents

posted by admin in Education

What issues are currently affecting our education in the area? Could Aspinal School provide learning activities that you’d like to see?

For parents: Do you believe our school is under-funded? If so, what can we do about it? Are our children getting the best education available to them compared to other districts and if so, who we have to thank?

For young people: Are parents helping or hindering your education and what can we do about that? Are you satisfied with your level of learning?

Have your say here.

Making our area greener

posted by admin in Environment

Aspinal Residents have already been working together to create a beautiful walkthrough area behind Athol Street and trees have been planted locally.

More improvements are planned for other streets but what ideas do you have to make our community a much more pleasant place to live?

Should we clean up our act by using the Kerb-it boxes more frequently for example? There’s also cash available for¬†communities¬†that respond to green issues much faster so how does this incentive reflect on our decisions?

How important are green issues to you?

Making our area safer

posted by admin in Crime

What are the current crime issues in our area and what can we do about them? Can we provide better services or education that will help to reduce crime or can we work more closely with our local police?

If you’re having problems with crime right now, let us know about it.
